Anikó Kelemen-Erdős is an assistant professor at the Keleti Károly Business and Management Faculty of Óbuda University, Budapest, Hungary. She earned her PhD in economics at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics in 2014. Her primary research field is marketing, especially service-dominant logic and customer-dominant logic. Her research interests include retail marketing and public transport management. She teaches retail marketing, marketing research, marketing communication, and consumer behavior.
